<div itemprop="description">RUSSELL, Teslin Marie, <br> <br>In her 19th year. She is the treasured daughter of Bob and Rilee (nee Newell) Russell. Best friend and sister to Melody, Landen and Sydney, and of course her fur baby Jesse Girl. Granddaughter of Richard Newell (Whitehorse, Yukon) and Anne Malham (Arnprior, ON). Teslin is predeceased by her grandparents Raymond L. and Diette Russell and Peter Malham. She will never be forgotten by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Teslin was an accomplished figure skater with the Glen Cairn skating club for over ten years, the last two years qualifying and competing in the All Ontario Championship representing the Eastern Ontario section. She will be truly missed by her coach, Marie, and her fellow skaters. Teslin was also an energetic coach for the Canskate program. Teslin was an all season outdoor enthusiast who loved snowboarding in winter, wake boarding, 4 wheeling, rifling, swimming and life at the cottage. Teslin graduated from Holy Trinity High School with honors in 2016 and had just embarked on a nursing program at Algonquin College last fall. <br> <br>Friends are invited to pay respects at <br>Kelly Funeral Home, Kanata Chapel <br>580 Eagleson Rd., Kanata ON K2M1H4 <br>613-591-6580 <br>Friday, January 6 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Funeral to St. Patrick’s Church, Fallowfield (15 Steeple Hill Crescent) Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11:00am. Interment will take place at a later date in the spring. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ottawa Humane Society are appreciated. <br> <br>Teslin, our little princess, you will be cherished and live in our hearts forever.</div>
