WALSH PARENT, Maureen
1960 – 2017

Surrounded by family at the Ottawa Hospital, on March 29, 2017, at the young age of 57. Beloved wife and soul mate of Terry Parent for 33 years. Devoted mom and best friend of Christina (Otto Wramhed); Michael; and Robbie Parent. Loving sister of Ann (Adi Kropfel); Brian (Angela Brown); Rosemary (Bruce Desarmia); and Rob (Brenda Vialoux). The youngest daughter of Edward Walsh (deceased November 3, 2013) and Rowena Walsh (deceased October 29, 2016). Maureen will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Maureen’s big heart, infectious smile and warm nature left a lasting impression and touched the lives of so many. Her external beauty was exceeded only by the beauty of her soul, as she lived each day selflessly and always went above and beyond to make others feel happy, special and loved. Maureen was a remarkable wife, mother, sister and aunt who cared deeply about family. One for the ages, Maureen’s presence truly made the world a better and warmer place.
Friends may pay respects at the
Kelly Funeral Home – Kanata Chapel
580 Eagleson Rd. Kanata ON.
