<div itemprop="description">DE KEMP, Gemma <br> <br>Gemma Huberdina Henriette Maria van Ommeren de Kemp, passed away peacefully in her home <br>on Wednesday, September 28th, 2016, at the age of 82. <br>Beloved mother of Judith (Robert), Eric (Nancy), Armand (Emilia), Rachel (Andrew), and Ruben (Jessica). <br>Loving Oma of Jordan, Bridget (Klaas), Graeme, Noel, and Connor. <br>Sister to Micky, Willy, Els, Bernadette, Peter, and Godelief. <br>Predeceased by her brothers Gerard, Jozef, and Guido. <br>Cherished aunt, great-aunt, and great-great-aunt to many. <br>She was born in Helmond, The Netherlands, December 11, 1933 <br>and immigrated to Canada in 1957 to marry her fiancé, the late Antonius (Tom) de Kemp. <br>They were married until his passing in 2011. <br> <br>Gemma lived a life of service; to her family, her community and above all to God. <br>Tot ziens Gemma. <br> <br>Friends may pay respects at <br>St. Patrick’s Church Fallowfield <br>15 Steeple Hill Crescent <br>Nepean, Ontario <br> <br>from 7:00-9:00pm on Friday, September 30, 2016. <br>A Mass of Christian Funeral for Gemma will follow on <br>Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00am. <br>Interment St. Patrick’s Fallowfield parish cemetery. <br> <br>Funeral care entrusted to <br>Kelly Funeral Home - Kanata Chapel <br>613-591-6580 <br> <br>Memorial donations may be directed to the CWL of St. Patrick’s Parish, Fallowfield, <br>in fulfillment of Gemma’s wish to support the work of the women <br>who give of themselves so selflessly on behalf of the Church. <br>Condolences and Sharing Memories at www.kellyfh.ca</div>
